Refreshing, sparkling and a tad tart, this delicious Cranberry Gin Fizz can easily be batched for effortless holiday entertaining.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 OZ GIN
- 1.5 OZ CRANBERRY VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP (HOW-TO BELOW)
- 1.5 OZ SPARKLING WATER
- JUICE OF FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE
DIRECTIONS
- In a cocktail shaker combine gin, cranberry vanilla simple syrup, fresh squeezed orange juice + ice.
- Shake.Shake.Shake.
- Serve over ice and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with rosemary + dried orange.
Cranberry Vanilla Simple Syrup
- Bring 1 cup of cranberries, 2 orange slices, a spring of rosemary and 1 Tbsp of Daysie Madagascar Vanilla simple syrup to a gentle boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain and store syrup in the fridge.
