Vacation served in an iced cold glass. This coconut almond cold brew is sweet, creamy, nutty and oh-so delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 CUP OF ICE
- 3/4 CUP OF COLD BREW
- 2 TBSP OF DAYSIE COCONUT ALMOND SYRUP
- 1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM (CHILLED)
- LAYER WITH COLD FOAM (SEE BELOW)
DIRECTIONS
COCONUT ALMOND CREAM
- In a small bowl, combine heavy cream + 1 tbsp of Daysie syrup
- Blend slowly with a portable frother till consistency is foam like.
- Set aside.
ASSEMBLE:
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of Daysie Coconut Almond syrup over ice.
- Add cold brew.
- Top with cold foam.
